How to Manage Stress during the COVID-19 Pandemic and Bipolar Disorder

Bipolar disorder is a mental disorder that causes unusual shifts in mood, energy, activity levels, concentration, and the ability to carry out day-to-day tasks. Bipolar disorder can cause people to have a more reactive response to stress when compared to those without the diagnosis.

Due to Covid19 pandemic, people are facing problem of stress and depression resulting into bipolar disorder. We know that when you have bipolar disorder, you are at risk for unstable moods whenever there are excess stressors such as in the current scenario.
